Job Title: QA Test Lead – Retail Merchandising SDET
Location: Camp Hill, PA (Onsite)
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced QA Test Lead with strong expertise in Retail Merchandising and test automation. The ideal candidate should have experience with merchandising processes including Product Management, Replenishment, Promotions, Pricing, Inventory, and Assortment Management, along with automation expertise using Selenium and Java.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define test strategy, planning, execution, and QA processes for retail applications.
  • Lead functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and TestNG/JUnit.
  • Create test scenarios, manage defects, perform root cause analysis, and support release validation.
  • Collaborate with business, product, development, and release teams.
  • Track QA metrics, risks, issues, and testing progress.
Required Skills
  • Strong Retail Domain experience (Merchandising, Replenishment, Promotions, Pricing, Inventory).
  • Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG/JUnit.
  • API Testing and SQL.
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
  • Test automation framework development.
  • Strong experience with QA strategy, defect management, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years of QA experience with 3–5+ years in a QA Lead role.
  • Experience leading QA initiatives for retail merchandising applications.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
