Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership for quality assurance strategy, planning, execution, and governance. Your expertise in healthcare application testing, data migration validation, and various testing methodologies will ensure the successful implementation of EHR workflows, data conversion activities, and vendor releases. You will work independently, coordinating closely with program leadership, IT teams, vendors, and business users to meet functional requirements and compliance mandates.

Requirements

• 11 years of experience in QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager roles
• 11 years of hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and ETL testing
• 11 years of experience leading functional testing across EHR modules
• 11 years of experience in coordinating testing of interfaces and data feeds
• Proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira

Preferences

• 8 years of prior experience with EHR implementations
• 6 years of knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD/A, ICD, and CPT
• Understanding of HIPAA, privacy, security, and government healthcare compliance requirements
• Experience supporting state or public sector healthcare systems
