Job Duties:

5+ years in Quality Assurance/Testing with specialization in Telecom Domain covering areas e.g. Device Financing, Accounting, Service Accounting, Risk Management (Credit, Fraud, Controls), Tax, Business Assurance etc.
Experience in Amdocs, and or Ericson billing system.
Strong in MS SQL / Oracle (basic and Advance). Able to write SQL queries using Joins and able to validate data using it.
Experience with Snowflake, Cassandra Database to pull/validate the data using DB queries.
Strong experience in MS Excel-Vlook Up, Pivot & functions.
Working experience on Jira, qTest to manage requirements, defects and test cases.
Discuss, Review and Capture technical requirements from different cross functional teams.
Creating test scripts based on the requirements and run the scripts in SIT environment.
Prepare maintain and execute regression test scripts to validate and confirm the new changes.
Conducted extensive UAT testing on all the reports.
