We are hiring for a QA Tester opportunity.

Position: 1

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA Tester with strong expertise in Functional Testing and Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems. The ideal candidate will support enhancements and maintenance activities for the Maine E&E systems by executing comprehensive testing across Java and Salesforce applications. This role requires hands on experience in test planning, defect triage, test data creation, and close collaboration with functional and development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional testing for enhancements and maintenance releases across enterprise applications
  • Test Java and Salesforce based applications to validate business and functional requirements
  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases
  • Create and maintain test data to support various testing scenarios
  • Identify, document, and triage defects throughout the testing lifecycle
  • Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing feedback during the SDLC
  • Validate application enhancements, bug fixes, and maintenance updates
  • Support regression testing and user acceptance testing activities as required
  • Ensure software quality by following established testing standards and best practices

Required Skills:

  • Strong Integrated Eligibility (IE) knowledge
  • Functional Testing experience
  • Experience creating test plans and test cases
  • Experience performing defect triage and issue tracking
  • Experience creating and managing test data
  • Experience testing Java based applications
  • Experience testing Salesforce applications
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Selenium Automation Testing
  • Experience working with Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) systems
  • Experience supporting state government healthcare or public sector projects
  • Experience with regression and user acceptance testing

Education Requirement:
