Role Name - QA Tester
Role Descriptions:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate contracted testing resources as needed
- Ensure all test cases meet Equitable Advisors standards and are properly documented in Azure DevOps
- Review test results for completeness and quality
- Monitor and report testing progress against milestones and timelines
- Facilitate defect triage and ensure timely resolution and retesting
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders
- Provide status reporting and escalate risks/issues as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of testing outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of QA/testing experience in financial services
- Strong experience coordinating large-scale testing efforts
- Prior experience with advisor platforms, wealth management, or banking systems
- Deep understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with large-scale system migrations or transformation programs
- Exposure to LPL Financial's ClientWorks, Account View, or similar platforms
- Understanding of end-to-end business workflows in financial services
