Seeking a QA Tester with experience supporting telecommunications products through manual functional testing. Ideal candidates have experience within enterprise telecom environments and can validate business workflows, document defects, and support high-quality software releases.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of manual QA / functional testing experience.
  • Experience testing telecommunications or mobile provisioning platforms, including BSS/OSS environments.
  • Knowledge of Xfinity Mobile, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Amdocs, or similar enterprise telecom platforms.
  • Experience supporting telecom products such as BVE, SIP, PRI, EPL, EVPL, ENS, EDI, SD-WAN, or related services.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Develop and execute test cases, document defects, and validate fixes.
  • Partner with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product teams to test business requirements and end-to-end workflows.
  • Support Agile development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
