Job Description:
The Quality Control (QC) Shared Services Analyst I is responsible for supporting Quality Control operations through the sampling, testing, and documentation of raw materials, buffers, and process-related materials.
This role performs safety and identity testing of incoming raw materials and assists in ensuring materials meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements before release for manufacturing use. The analyst operates in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), site procedures, safety requirements, and data integrity standards.
This position is ideal for an early-career scientist seeking to develop technical laboratory and quality system expertise within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Perform sampling of incoming raw materials, components, and process materials according to approved procedures and sampling plans.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, chain of custody, and storage of sampled materials.
Maintain sampling areas and equipment in a clean and compliant state.
Support material disposition activities through timely collection and delivery of samples.
Conduct required safety and identity testing of raw materials and buffers using approved analytical methods.
Prepare reagents, standards, and test solutions as required .
Accurately document testing activities and results in laboratory systems and controlled records.
Review test data for completeness and compliance with applicable procedures.
Escalate atypical results, deviations, or quality concerns to management.
Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and laboratory procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned
