This role combines manual testing defect analysis and cross-functional collaboration requiring a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working closely with developers business stakeholders and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute test cases and document test results to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.Identify document track and validate software defects throughout the development lifecycle.Collaborate with developers and project teams to understand application functionality and testing requirements.Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not impact existing functionality.Participate in test planning test case creation and peer reviews.Support functional integration and end-to-end testing activities.Maintain testing documentation and provide regular status updates on testing progress.Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience as a QA Tester QA Analyst or Software Test Engineer.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.Experience creating executing and maintaining test cases and test plans.Ability to identify document and track software defects using defect management tools.Experience performing regression functional and integration testing.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.Salary Range75000 - 95000 USD
