Adecco is hiring for a QC Inspector in Tyngsboro, MA! This is a temp to perm opportunity on 1st shift.
Pay rate: $20-21 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Core Responsibilities
Inspecting Products: Examining raw materials, components, and finished goods at various stages of production.
Testing Performance: Using tools (such as calipers, gauges, or spectrometers) to test functionality, durability, and stress tolerances.
Checking Specifications: Comparing products against blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Reporting Defects: Documenting flaws, analyzing production data, and reporting findings to production supervisors.
Ensuring Compliance: Verifying that goods comply with industry standards and legal regulations.
Common Daily Duties
Random Sampling: Testing a percentage of products rather than every single item.
Monitoring Procedures: Observing assembly lines or manufacturing equipment to ensure processes are followed correctly.
Stopping Production: Halting production if serious defects are detected to prevent waste.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Attention to Detail: Meticulous observation skills to identify minor flaws.
Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and manuals.
Analytical Thinking: Evaluating data to identify trends in defects.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
