Quality Inspector Needed!

A growing aviation company is seeking a highly experienced Quality Inspector to support inspection and compliance efforts in a fast-paced, FAA-regulated environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong aviation quality experience who understand airworthiness standards and thrive in detail-driven settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on aircraft components and materials
  • Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations (Part 145, 121, 65, and 43)
  • Review and maintain accurate inspection records, documentation, and compliance paperwork
  • Identify non-conformances and support corrective action processes
  • Utilize precision measuring tools to verify specifications and tolerances
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals
  • Support internal and external audits as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of aviation quality inspection experience required
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airworthiness standards
  • Experience working in a Part 145 repair station or similar environment preferred
  • Proficient with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
