Qualifications:- AA in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Technology.
- ASQ Certification: Being a Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) Lean/Six Sigma, Yellow or Green Belt
- Familiarity with precision measurement and digital metrology tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and feeler gauges
- Ability to read Blueprints & Schematics: Ability to interpret complex GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) a plus
- Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supply testers to verify voltage stability, ripple, and noise in PSUs (Power Supply Units).
- Knowledge safety standards such as UL, CE, FCC, and TUV, specifically for electronic components.
Responsibilities:- Inspection & Testing: Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional checks on products using precision tools like calipers and gauges.
- Material Verification: Approve incoming raw materials by comparing them against purchase orders and quality documentation.
- Process Monitoring: Oversee the assembly line to ensure compliance with company standards and production procedures.
- Defect Management: Identify non-conforming products, document defects in reports, and segregate faulty items from the supply chain.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of inspection results and summarize rework or waste for management review.
