Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QC Inspector to join our team in Houston, TX (77073). Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Perform routine audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.
Night Shift 12 hour shift Monday - Friday and some Saturday's.
