Job Summary
Join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist I in Houston, TX, where you will play a vital role in upholding both company and regulatory quality standards throughout the manufacturing process of electrical products such as switchboards, motor control centers (MCC), and motor control panels. This entry-level position is designed for professionals who are eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in quality assurance within a highly regulated industry. Reporting typically to a departmental manager, you will be entrusted with inspecting products, auditing quality data, and ensuring compliance with governmental and customer-specific requirements.
This role is ideal for individuals with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience who have 0-2 years in a related quality or manufacturing environment. You will receive close management and guidance as you work on projects and tasks of limited complexity, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and supporting the company's commitment to safety and quality excellence. As part of a collaborative team environment, your attention to detail and dedication will help maintain the product integrity and customer satisfaction that defines our organization.
