QC Inspector (In Process, Final, Source)

Job purpose

Perform inspection activities in the following areas; Incoming Inspection electrical and mechanical, In-process and Final areas of product.  Inspect, audit, and report the quality level of incoming and outgoing products, ensuring that all customer quality requirements are being met such as: appearance, fit, form, function; including on time delivery of shipments. Reject and isolate defective part/s and accurately complete all associated paperwork and data entry with non-conforming reports. Perform duties according to IPC 600, IPC 610 and or J-Std-001 and J-Std-001 Space addendum (latest revisions) and our Quality System work instructions. Properly interpret customer documentation, drawings/blue prints, Bills of Material (BOM), datasheets and specifications and other documents necessary to perform inspection duties. Must be available to work over-time. Cross-train in other areas or perform other duties as required, by the Quality Supervisor.
