Duties:
* Inspect machined tungsten carbide parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to ensure conformance with specifications.
* Read blueprints, work orders, and technical documents to determine inspection criteria and procedures.
* Record inspection results, quantities, grades, and acceptance/rejection status in the ERP system.
* Identify and segregate nonconforming materials; notify supervisors of quality or production issues.
* Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use, while performing inspections and handling parts.
Requirements:
* Must have at least 2 years of Manufacturing Experience.
* Must have the Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications.
* Must have Proficiency using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
* Must have computer skills and experience entering data into ERP or similar systems.
* Must be able to be fitted for a respirator.
