Why do we need you ?
The QC Lead is a role responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of Quality Inspectors to ensure timely inspection, testing, documentation, and release activities that support efficient manufacturing operations. This role serves as the primary floor-level quality lead for the QC team, providing guidance, work direction, scheduling support, and escalation management while reinforcing compliance with quality system requirements and operational priorities.
The QC Lead works closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality leadership to ensure inspection activities are executed consistently, production support needs are met, and quality issues are identified and escalated appropriately. This role also supports training, continuous improvement, and standardization efforts to strengthen inspection effectiveness, improve efficiency, and maintain high standards of product quality and documentation integrity.
The position combines hands-on technical execution with day-to-day team coordination responsibilities and plays an important role in supporting manufacturing flow, customer requirements, and site quality objectives.
Is this job for you ?
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge in a regulated environment, ISO9001 or ISO 13485, knowledge of quality inspection methods, documentation requirements and sampling techniques. Additionally, the candidate will need to have the ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, procedures and acceptance data; be familiar with nonconformance handling, material segreation and escalation processes. Basic understanding of root cause investigation and corrective action procedures is also required. Along with the above, candidates must also have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage changing priorities, effective communication and interpersonal skills and can demonstrate their ability to lead by example to reinforce quality expectations trough daily execution and floor presence.

To make sure nothing is forgotten
3+ years experience in Quality Control, Manufacturing Quality, or inspection-related roles within a regulated manufacturing environment
3 + years familiarity with production support environments requiring rapid prioritization and cross-functional coordination
3+ years experience performing inspections using approved procedures, sampling plans, and measurement equipment
