Quality Control Manager

Job Description
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities.
- Train and guide team members on quality standards and practices.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during quality control processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quality assurance matters.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant
A successful QC Manager should have:
- Experience with quality control in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- 8+ years of construction experience within commercial or federal projects.
- Current USACE CQC Certification with 5+ years as a Quality Control Manager.
- Previous experience serving as a CQC Inspector on Federal Government projects.
- Strong knowledge of federal quality standards, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and documentation skills.
