    Job Description

    Quality Control Manager – Near Marlborough, MA

    • Perform hands-on measuring/inspection of machined parts and components
    • Manage workflow through the QC department
    • Manage and prioritize the inspection team's daily work
    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards
    • Create, prepare, and submit First Article Inspections (FAI) to customers
    • Train, schedule, and supervise quality control staff
    • Analyze production and quality control reports
    • Investigate and resolve issues with suppliers, customers, and internal production teams
