QC Receiving Inspector

Volt is immediately hiring for a QC Receiving Inspectors in Huntington Beach, CA.  

As a QC Receiving Inspector, you will:

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming parts and materials
• Conduct receiving and first article inspections
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, and dial indicators
• Inspect parts to visual and cosmetic standards
• Review supplier certifications to ensure compliance with requirements
• Document inspection results, including writing nonconformance reports
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action investigations
• Collect and record data for statistical analysis
• Support supplier audits and travel as needed

This is a Full-Time opportunity.  

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 6:30am to 3pm  

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Basic math skills
• Understanding of tolerances and precision measurement techniques
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Pay Rate: $25.00-27.00 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
