Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Description
As a Quality Control Technician, you will ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards in the lab and designated areas. Your role will involve calibrating lab and line equipment, collecting and testing in-process and finished product samples, and conducting various testing procedures such as microbiological, ATP, and product evaluation tests.

Work Environment
The role involves working in a lab setting testing food for pH and viscosity. The company operates 7 days a week with production requiring lab support throughout. Candidates should be available to work one day on the weekend, with 1st and 2nd shifts available Monday to Friday, at the Santa Fe Springs and City of Industry location. Efforts are made to schedule personnel to avoid back-to-back weekend shifts, but flexibility is required. The lab must be staffed to accommodate production shifts which run two shifts Monday through Saturday and one shift on Sunday morning.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
