QC Technician 1 ensures conformance to industry, company, and customer-specific specifications for untreated and treated material, preservatives, and treating work solutions. The Quality Control Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of preserved wood products. This position is responsible for conducting inspections, identifying nonconformances, and supporting corrective actions throughout the production process, from raw material intake to post-treatment evaluation.

Education: BA/BS degree or at least 2 - 3 years relevant experience in a production environment. QMS, Engineering, Forest Resources, Business, Operations Management degree a plus.
