Responsibilities include conducting daily production audits, sampling, analyzing in-process and finished goods, calibrating lab equipment, performing microbiological and safety audits, and ensuring compliance with quality and GMP standards.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Preferred candidates have 1-2 years of food manufacturing experience or a degree in Food Science.
Physical demands involve working in various temperature environments, lifting 25-50 lbs, and working in wet, cold, or hot conditions.
