We need a creative, enthusiastic, energetic individual for our catering specialist position. This individual will work in our local call center.

Pay & Bonus Opportunities

• Base Pay: $13.50 per hour
• Perfect Attendance: Earn an additional $1.50 per hour when you are on time to every scheduled shift, bringing your hourly pay to $15.00 per hour
• Monthly bonus opportunity: eligible employees can earn up to an additional $400 per month based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate catering orders from initial inquiry to completion
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details, timing, and special requests
• Train and support delivery drivers to ensure company standards are met
• Monitor and maintain employees attendance records
• Communicate effectively with store management, drivers, and customers
• Help resolve address issues as they arise
• Take on additional miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as needed
• May have to occasionally deliver catering orders in emergency situations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age. Must have valid Driver's License, valid Insurance, and a good driving record.
• Have an outstanding attitude toward customers and enjoys working in a fast-paced team surrounding, and has an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections
• Has the ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Will be timely, presentable, and adhere to all of the company and Brand Standards
• Navigational skills to read GPS, locate addresses within designated delivery areas
• Must be able to climb stairs and lift 25 pounds
