Must Have Skills

  • 12+ years in Quality Engineering (QE), Infrastructure Testing, or Technology Transformation
  • Strong experience leading Infrastructure Testing and Digital Workplace/Microsoft 365 transformation projects
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune)
    • Azure and/or AWS Cloud
    • Infrastructure Testing & Test Automation
    • DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
    • PowerShell and/or Python
    • Selenium, Playwright, API Automation
    • Performance, Resiliency & Infrastructure Testing
    • Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitor
  • Experience working in large enterprise transformation programs
  • Strong leadership and QE Architecture experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead Quality Engineering for Digital Workplace and Infrastructure transformation projects.
  • Design and implement Infrastructure QE frameworks and automation.
  • Lead testing for Microsoft 365, Cloud (Azure/AWS), VDI, End User Computing (EUC), Identity & Access Management, and Network Infrastructure.
  • Build automation for infrastructure provisioning, workplace migrations, endpoint validation, performance, and resiliency testing.
  • Define quality standards, governance, KPIs, and testing strategy.
  • Drive shift-left testing and support AI-enabled testing initiatives.

  • Manual QA/Test Engineers
  • Application QA only (no infrastructure testing)
  • Developers with automation only
  • SDET without infrastructure/cloud testing
  • Candidates without Microsoft 365 or Cloud transformation experience
  • Candidates with less than 12 years of QE experience
  • Candidates without leadership/architecture experience
