QMA Job Qualifications

• Education/Training:

1. 1. Completion of the state-approved course and examination with current qualifications.

• Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  1. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  2. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
  3. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Experience:

1. 1. One year of experience in a long-term care facility or healthcare setting is preferred.
