What You'll Do:
- Administer medications as assigned and according to regulations
- Observe residents and report concerns to nursing staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For:
- Current Indiana QMA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
