JOB SUMMARY
Benton County Behavioral Health is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our Adult Outpatient team. We provide compassionate, recovery-oriented care to all community members, regardless of background or ability to pay.
In this role, youll provide individual and group therapy, case management, community outreach, and care coordination for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Depending on your assignment, you may also provide specialty services, including residential case management and intensive outpatient supports.
Youll enjoy a blend of office and community-based work while collaborating with an integrated team of behavioral health, psychiatry, substance use disorder, primary care, and dental professionals. We value clinician autonomy, collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Clinical supervision may be available for those pursuing licensure.

Annual salary range of:
QMHP - Health Care Professional 2 Salary Range: $69,716.88 - $100,793.71
QMHP - Health Care Professional 3 Salary Range: $73,881.87 - $106,797.48
$1,000 training budget (after completing probationary period)
This position guarantees two salary raises within your first year as long as your performance is in good standing!
Note: salary placement will be based on your level of directly related experience and education consistent with Oregons pay equity law.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
QMHP - Health Care Professional 2 level (HCP42):
QMHP - Health Care Professional 3 level (HCP43):
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Please note candidates must have at least 6 months of actual work experience to be considered as equivalent.
