You'll drive compliance with FDA and ISO standards while partnering with the management team to build strong, sustainable quality systems. What you'll be doing
- Own all site QMS activities, executed promptly and effectively
- Establish and sustain the QMS to required industry standards
- Lead the audit program, ensuring nonconformities are corrected and independently verified
- Manage customer audits and external registration requirements
- Build and track KPIs tied to QMS performance
- Prepare inputs for management review meetings
- Own the quality training program
