Job Description
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline project execution. Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Monitor project progress and quality, resolving any issues that arise promptly. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and milestones. Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to guide the team effectively. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and expenses.

The Successful Applicant
A successful QSR/Retail Superintendent should have:
- Experience with supervising construction projects in the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and building regulations.
- Ability to interpret and work from construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression.
