Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
• Monitor project progress and quality, resolving any issues that arise promptly.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and milestones.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to guide the team effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and expenses.
