Aquatech immediately needs a full-time Sales Operations Analyst to work on-site in our Canonsburg, PA office. The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team and play a pivotal role in powering our global sales organization. This role sits at the heart of our commercial engine-ensuring the accuracy, visibility, and effectiveness of our sales pipeline while enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
You will work directly with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to transform data into insights, drive discipline in our CRM (HubSpot), and help scale a high-performance commercial organization.
Job Description:
CRM & Data Management
Own the day-to-day management and governance of the CRM system
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of pipeline and customer data
Support sales managers in maintaining high-quality, up-to-date information in the system
Identify data gaps and drive continuous improvement in CRM usage and discipline
Adapt the CRM system to meet the needs of the business
Sales Pipeline & Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze the commercial pipeline across regions and business units
Track pipeline progression, conversion rates, and key sales metrics
Support forecasting processes by providing structured insights and data validation
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve pipeline health and performance
Reporting & KPI Tracking
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
Create monthly performance reports and other deliverables as requested by leadership
Track and report on key Commercial Excellence KPIs, ensuring alignment across the organization
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for sales leadership
Operational Cadence & Commercial Governance
Run and coordinate key operational cadences (pipeline reviews, forecast updates, performance reviews)
Prepare structured inputs and materials for commercial meetings
Ensure consistency and discipline in sales processes and reporting standards
Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Commercial Excellence, and other functions
Sales Team Support & Enablement
Support sales managers and teams in using tools, reports, and processes effectively
Provide first-line support for CRM and reporting-related queries
Assist in onboarding and training sales teams on tools and best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Commercial Excellence
