Roles & Responsibilities:
* Ready to work from Office - 3 days in a week.
Design, Configure, Develop, and Support Quadient applications
* Using agile methodologies, partner with product owners to understand business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions to deliver the desired customer experience.
* Work / aid towards QA/UAT/Performance Testing and perform production tech checkouts
* Should be ready to jump in and resolve incidents from production if any.
Hybrid/ Remote
Expected Experience:
* Hands On Experience Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive and ICM developing customer communications.
* Theoretical / Practical understanding of Inspire Scaler. Creating communications using Tickets through Quadient Interactive. Guide the business content authors/ users towards ticketing experience
Understanding of ADA and developing correspondences to be ADA Compliance
* Experience with Application Interfaces.
* Design Thinking. Understanding knowledge of API's, Microservices, Java scripts. Certification on Quadient is a plus
Understanding of Integrations with Linux and Windows Systems.
* Migration of versions from lower version to higher version (For eg. 16 to 23 etc On-prem).
