Responsibilities- Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
- Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
- Communicate with parents and other school personnel
- Maintaining classrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor areas to licensing standards
Qualifications- Units in ECE as required for each position
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in licensing and classroom management
- Excellent verbal communication and social-emotional skills
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- Problem-solving and mediation skills
- Most of all a caring, loving and patient attitude with all age groups
