    Job Description

    QMap/Medication staff are responsible for for ensuring residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. Medication staff follow resident care plans and physicians orders to ensure resident safety and well-being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local stardards for community operation. They incorporate Generations Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

    Schedule:

    • Mercer Commons in Fort Collins: PRN/On-call, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
    • Mercer Commons in Fort Collins: PRN/On-call, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
    • Mercer Commons in Fort Collins: Full-time, Saturdays through Tuesdays, from 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
    • Mercer Commons in Fort Collins: Full-time, Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
    • Lakeview Commons in Loveland: PRN/On-call, All shifts
    • Lakeview Commons in Loveland: Full-time, from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
    • Lakeview Commons in Loveland: Part-time, from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
    • 8-Hour Shifts
    • Weekend and holiday availability preferred

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a QMap is preferred but not required.
    • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
    • CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
    • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Compassionate and patient
