Responsibilities:

• Connecting clients to resources in the community.
• Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual and group sessions with clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Educate clients and families on mental health issues and coping strategies.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support during challenging situations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a mental health professional in Virginia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
