Qualifier- Green Energy Windows

GreenEnergy Windows was founded to bring transparency, integrity, and real value to homeowners through honest window sales and installation. Led by Jeremy Green and Michael Fatheree, the company is focused on educating customers, eliminating high-pressure tactics, and helping homeowners choose the right window solutions for their needs.

This role plays an important part in supporting a smooth customer experience by helping projects move forward accurately and on time. As Qualifier- Green Energy Windows, you will support the permitting side of residential window and door work and collaborate with internal teams and outside agencies to keep installation projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Pull permits for window and door installations.
• Maintain accurate permit documentation and records.
• Coordinate with installers, office staff, and local agencies throughout the permitting process.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience handling permit applications for residential window and door projects, with knowledge of local building codes and permitting requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate permit documentation and records.
• Experience coordinating with installers, office staff, and local agencies.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience using permit portals and municipal submission systems is a plus.
