Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare, review, and proof product labels to ensure accuracy and compliance with GMP and quality standards
• 
  
• Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot ERP system issues affecting labeling and documentation processes
• 
  
• Maintain quality documentation, records, and administrative files with a high level of accuracy and organization
• 
  
• Support manual quality control processes to help ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance
• 
  
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and various administrative functions within the Quality department
• 
  
• Provide flexible support for special projects and departmental initiatives as needed
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 2+ years of administrative, quality, or compliance-related experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment
• 
  
• Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Systems experience preferred
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive, process-driven tasks
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• 
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• 
  

Compensation

$43,000 - $48,000 annually
