Summary
This individual is responsible for reviewing as part of formal contract review activities, managing all quality clauses and related quality requirements contained within customer contracts, ensuring accurate interpretation and effective flow-down of applicable contractual and business requirements to appropriate levels of production and manufacturing. The role supports customer source inspection activities, maintains company documentation and records, and coordinates documentation associated with operational, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include the preparation, scanning, electronic archiving, maintenance, and retrieval of company documentation to ensure records are complete, legible, traceable, and readily available to support internal operations, customer requests, and audit requirements.

Qualification Requirements
Education/Experience
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED);
2-4 years related experience
Language Skills
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Math Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Skills
Ability to understand and follow instructions conveyed through written, verbal, or diagrammatic means.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Compensation and Benefits Offered
Actual base salary offered to the selected applicant will be based on their work location, qualifications, job related skills, relevant education, and training experience.
Base hourly rate range Minimum $23.00 - Maximum $28.00
