Job Title: Quality Analyst - 3rd Shift
Job Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality in accordance with industry regulations and company policies. This role ensures compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA, and State regulations through auditing, verification of Certificates of Analysis (COAs), microbiological testing, and adherence to food safety protocols. The analyst will conduct case audits, mock recalls, self-inspections, and collaborate with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold a culture of excellence.

Work Environment
This position operates on the 3rd shift, Monday to Friday, with the potential for some overtime and weekend work when necessary, such as during audits or food safety emergencies. The work takes place in a bakery manufacturing environment from 6 am to 3 pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
