Quality - Analyst - Controls (Entry Level)

Job Description:
This position reports to the Quality Control Manger and is part of the Immunology Quality Control department located in Hialeah, Florida and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Perform inspection and performance testing of raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and/or finished products to ensure that product specifications and company and regulatory requirements are met.
Investigate and troubleshoot functionality and performance problems.
Perform and document routine instrument maintenance to ensure compliance and requirements are met.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of related experience
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and guide group dynamics
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with QSR, ISO, cGMP, and internal procedures
Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be diligent about updating new departmental documents.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Knowledge of Flow Cytometry
Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry
Length of service 6-12 months with potential for permanent FTE
