Responsibilities:
- Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead NCMR disposition and trending
- Lead customer required information gathering and reports (COA, TDS, PPAP)
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (CARs)
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams on projects and initiatives
- Maintain quality documentation and records
- Work with Cross functional Teams to focus on quality efforts, identify root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Science) or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in a quality or manufacturing role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Statistical software preferred)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Proven experience in an ISO 9001 compliant QMS environment.
- Internal or Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 is highly preferred
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies, such as ISO 9001 and statistical process control (SPC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical data.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
