Responsibilities:

  • Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead NCMR disposition and trending
  • Lead customer required information gathering and reports (COA, TDS, PPAP)
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (CARs)
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams on projects and initiatives
  • Maintain quality documentation and records
  • Work with Cross functional Teams to focus on quality efforts, identify root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive actions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Science) or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in a quality or manufacturing role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Statistical software preferred)
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven experience in an ISO 9001 compliant QMS environment.
  • Internal or Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in quality control methodologies, such as ISO 9001 and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze technical data.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
