Job Overview
The Quality Analyst position would support the Quality Department in various Quality Assurance duties, including but not limited to, Customer Complaint (CCR) Analysis, Non-Conformance (NCR) review and analysis, Quarantine Stock Management and analysis, Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Action Analysis (CAPA), Risk Assessment and Continuous Improvement Quality Activities.
Job Requirements
- Generating COPQ Reports and Analysis
- Coordination and Participation in Internal/External Audits
- Generating PowerPoint Presentations required by Management
- Supporting various QA functions
- Perform Risk Assessments including PFMEA's
- Performing Capability Studies (SPC, Cp & Cpk)
- Supporting Material Review Board (MRB) meetings & activities
- Supporting Continuous Improvement Activities (ie. Fast Response Board, Tier Mtgs, Kaizen events, etc.)
- Participate in 6-Sigma projects, Kaizen events and Continual Improvement activities.
- Any other assignments delegated by Superiors.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT (IF ANY):
- SAP, PowerBI, Tableau & MiniTAB knowledge and competency.
What your background should look like
- Education Engineering degree or equivalent experience in technical field.
- Experience
- Preferably with minimum 3 years of related experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and experience in ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards.
- Proficient in using MS Office software as well as some statistical analysis tools.
- Specific experience in problem solving and trouble shooting.
- Personal Attribute
- Proficient in the English language and have Good Communication Skills.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Positive mindset with good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels and in teams.
