Pay Range: $23 - $24/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of shareholder correspondence for content, clarity, grammar and typographical errors and/or review of Contact Center transactions for caller verification.

• Communicate any transaction or reference discrepancies to appropriate parties.

• Resolve all quality control issues and maintain group work standards for volume and accuracy.

• Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement driven by our ISO 9001 certification.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience required.

• knowledge and understanding of products and services applicable to Mutual Funds.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail required. Preferred Skills/Experience.

• One to two years of experience in the quality analysis and measurement activities or in Mutual Fund operations.

• Good knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of Mutual Fund operations.

• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision.

• High School diploma or equivalent client offers fund administration, compliance, legal administration, fund accounting, fulfillment, distribution and marketing, custody, securities lending, transfer agent and shareholder services and alternative investment product services
