Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Quality Analyst – Financial Operations in Milwaukee, WI.

Quality Analyst – Financial Operations
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Contract: 6 Months
Pay: $20–$24/hour on W2
Work Arrangement: Onsite during training; hybrid opportunity may be available afterward based on business needs
 
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support financial operations and ensure transactions and processes meet established standards for accuracy, timeliness, productivity, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, banking operations, mutual fund operations, or quality analysis, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
 
Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of work against accuracy, timeliness, and productivity standards.
• Review financial and non-financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze new account setups and account maintenance activities.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure processes comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze complex cases and use critical thinking to identify appropriate resolutions.
• Provide information to support employee feedback and training.
• Review correspondence for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and completeness when required.
• Maintain established quality, volume, and accuracy standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and risk-based quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality analysis, quality control, financial operations, or mutual fund operations preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services or mutual fund products and operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

 
Additional Details

• Training will require 5 days per week onsite.
• Hybrid work may be possible after training depending on business needs and other factors.
• Parking is available at the work location; parking costs are the employee's responsibility.
• Interviews may be conducted in person.
• Maximum of 40 hours per week; no overtime available.
• Potential opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs; conversion is not guaranteed.
