Quality Analyst
This position is an on-site role and requires the employee to work at the designated facility. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available for this position.
Clinical Quality Analyst :
- Data Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze data related to patient outcomes and quality of care. Utilize various data sources such as electronic health records (EHRs), patient surveys, and clinical databases.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports that summarize findings, highlight trends, and provide recommendations for quality improvement initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Assist in the development and implementation of performance measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to design and implement quality improvement projects. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and track the effectiveness of interventions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, management, and external agencies. Prepare presentations and deliver them to diverse audiences.
- Data Submission: Submit and validate all data to vendors for quality measures including but not limited to eCQMs, CMS Core Measures, and Joint Commission ORYX data.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Requirements:
- 1-year related experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a role related to quality improvement or data analysis, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis and BI tools
