Job Title: Quality Analyst Shipping Support
Job Duration: 06 Months
Job Location: Whiteland, IN

Job Summary:
Core Responsibilities:
" Support onsite *** team by collaborating with the 3PL employees and internal *** customers related to shipping discrepancy claims.
" Investigate shipment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality and compliance.
" Support customer claims process and co-ordinate between shipping office and claims analyst team.
" Actively support the Quality team with additional activities as needed to meet quality targets and drive continuous improvement.
" Support oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf of ***.
" Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lb. as required to support operational activities.
" Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments and may require walking and standing on the shop floor within a large warehouse environment.

" Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
