Job Summary:
Core Responsibilities:
• Support onsite *** team by collaborating with the 3PL employees and internal *** customers related to shipping discrepancy claims.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality and compliance.
• Support customer claims process and co-ordinate between shipping office and claims analyst team.
• Actively support the Quality team with additional activities as needed to meet quality targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Support oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf of ***.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lb. as required to support operational activities.
• Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments and may require walking and standing on the shop floor within a large warehouse environment.

Skills Needed for the Role:
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong computer skills and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated experience with data entry, report generation, and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.

**Additional Manager notes**
The manager would like to conduct a one-hour in-person interview when he is ready to proceed. This position is a 6-month, onsite role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Role could turn to a full-time position after the 6 month contract.
