Job Title: Quality and Compliance Coordinator

Business Unit: Administration

Department: Quality and Compliance

Reports to: Quality & Compliance Manager

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Classification: Regular Full-Time (35 hours)

Grade: 9

Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 (commensurate with experience)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Duties 1-9 are designated as ADA essential functions and must be performed in this job. All other job duties are secondary functions.

  1. Conduct programmatic consumer record reviews; document and report findings to Manager
  2. Maintain CARF accreditation evidence files and support documentation tracking
  3. Assist with QI tool development (record review forms, monitoring instruments, surveys)
  4. Enter and maintain data in compliance tracking systems; support performance dashboard maintenance
  5. Coordinate satisfaction survey administration (consumer, staff, vendor, stakeholder)
  6. Support audit scheduling, document preparation and outcome research and analysis.
  7. Assists in tracking, reviewing and updating agency policies and procedures
  8. Represent department on QI Committee as delegated; participate in statewide QA meetings as delegated
  9. Support Quality Improvement and Compliance Committee, Health & Safety Committee, and Compliance Workgroup

COMPETENCIES

  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Strong administrative skills and knowledge of office procedures and equipment are essential to this position.
  • Must be able to be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, take comprehensive notes and be highly organized.
  • The incumbent must be a self-starter who is able to handle multiple problems and keep the department functioning smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, filing cabinets.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Two days per week in office, three days per week from home.

TRAVEL

This position requires minimal if any travel.

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required in business, analytics or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment. Quality/Compliance work within a healthcare or human services organization preferred.
