Location Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Ability to identify problems and make corrections.
  • Experience with nonconformance documentation, root cause, and analysis.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools (Green Belt preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish and print or POD industry experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality control processes across production workflows.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions (CAPA), and non-conformance containment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and production data to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning materials.
  • Track and report on quality metrics, audit results, and training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
